Our Services

With over 50 years of combined experience, we’ve helped businesses of every size make sense of their office spaces — whether it’s setting up a new location or reworking an existing one to fit growth, new workflows, or a smaller team. We’ve seen just about everything and know how to make a space function better for the people who use it.

At Taylor Office Furniture, we’re a small, hands-on team that treats every project like it’s our own. You won’t find layers of salespeople or corporate red tape here — just honest advice, thoughtful design, and a space that works as hard as you do.

Step 1: Conversation & Assessment

Every project starts with a conversation. We visit your space, listen to your goals, take measurements, and inventory what you already have. Maybe you’re not sure what’s wrong — you just know your current setup isn’t working — or maybe you’re moving to a new space and have no idea where to start. Either way, we’ll help you figure it out.

Step 2: Layouts & Design Options

We create plan-view layouts, usually a few versions to explore what works best. Once we’ve narrowed it down, we build 3D renderings so you can visualize your new space before a single piece of furniture is ordered.

Step 3: Product Selection

We’ll guide you through selecting furniture, finishes, and colors that fit both your brand and your budget. Having worked with nearly every major manufacturer, we know which products hold up and which ones look better in a catalog than in real life.

Step 4: Seamless Installation

The same people who design your space are the ones leading the installation. No handoffs, no confusing departments, no lost details — just a smooth, start-to-finish experience that saves time, money, and frustration.
